Don D’Arcy-Evans
CTO & COO
Don is a founder Director of GCR & an Engineer Project Manager with Degree qualifications in Engineering & Law.

- Diplomas in: Training, Project Management & Health;
- Trade Certificates in: Fabrication; Welding; Fitting & Machining; Drawing; Diesel Eng.; Piping;
Gas Fitting; Electrical; AC & Refrigeration.
- Industry Certificates in: Oil Well Technology; Cement Technology; Building Technology.
For 30 years he has been involved in the Management of construction projects & businesses in over 20 countries. Mainly in High Value Projects in the Mining; Power generation; Oil & Gas Sectors. These Project & Operational skills are backed by sound organisational & problem-solving abilities, that have over time developed competency in the complimentary commercial, contract, & financial aspects.
Don comes from a ‘hard dollar’ contracting background predominantly in EPCM, but has also worked in a wide range of consultancy & client side roles. Don has a particular specially in remote projects & with “fast-tracking” & “zero start-ups”.

Corbett is an Associate Director and shareholder of GCR.
He has over 35 years Construction & Project experience in both Australia & South East Asia.
This is supported by degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce; & a Post Grad. Dip. in Chemical Engineering (London).
His expertise includes 360 ̊ coverage in Mining, Power, Heavy Haulage Rail, Marine & General Infrastructure Construction & Management.
Due to his Process Engineering bias, he has also performed work with Major regional Oil & Gas Companies in Australia & South-East Asia .
Corbett’s most recent work has been the Project Management of a $9,500,000,000 Greenfield 55mtpa Iron Ore project in Western Australia. (which included the Port & Marine infra-structure). Other Overseas work has been in Jakarta, Northern Sumatra, Singapore & Malaysia as well as consulting activities in Brunei, Thailand, & Myanmar.

Juha is an Associate Director and shareholder of GCR (UK) and is the CEO of GCR (Finland) Oy.
He resides in Vaasa, is tri-lingual (Finnish, Swedish & English), and has considerable international project experience in the Middle East & Far East.
Juha’s specialization is in IT; Communication Systems; & Data Centre Construction & Management.
Juha has mega-project experience in his own right having worked on the $25 Bn. Saudi ABV Underground Storage Program.

Mr. Okonkwo is a multi-jurisdictional lawyer with over 25 years experience in corporate commercial practice, project finance, and project governance.
He is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England & Wales, as an Attorney in the United States, and as a Barrister in Nigeria.
He has played key roles in guiding corporate entities & governments through all stages of infrastructure & real estate project delivery – from early-stage Evaluation, Feasibility Analysis, Financial Modelling, Operational Implementation, Logistics & Supply Chain Planning.
He has a proven track record in distilling complex legal and commercial requirements into replicable protocols in the technology and construction industries.
Peter Bassel
CFO & Capital Markets
Peter has many years of experience in the financial services & insurance industry in the UK and Canada. He has occupied various c-suite positions requiring an in- depth knowledge of capital markets, cash management, financial management and forecasting.
Peter is very technology friendly with strong skills with spreadsheets and other office applications along with both PC based and online multi-currency multi- country accounting systems.
Peter has considerable skills-sets for real-time financial management and control of the operations. Including the IOT, tablet based and telematics inputs required in monitoring far flung operations with many moving parts.
